The man page was already pointing to Python 3 however I made the link more generic. |

it may be a good idea to setup master branch protection that requires travis check to pass before merging |

@rooterkyberian branch protection rules for travis are enabled. This PR was merged with a failing test. I'll revert. |

it's seems faster to fix than revert as it requires 2 character change
