Looks good, but be sure to change doc/source/man/bandit.rst also.

The man page was already pointing to Python 3 however I made the link more generic.

it may be a good idea to setup master branch protection that requires travis check to pass before merging
I have fixed failing test in my PR just so its nice and green: #458

@rooterkyberian branch protection rules for travis are enabled. This PR was merged with a failing test. I'll revert.
